She is a past recipient of the prestigious University of Dallas Tower Award, and currently serves as a Board Member with the Irving-Las Colinas 5-Star Chamber of Commerce, the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business From Business to Leadership Certificate Program, and serves on the national board of the 1000 Dreams Fund.

Ray is a staffing industry veteran and Certified Contingent Workforce Professional with 25 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, and sales leadership. Serving as a subject matter expert, Culver helps staffing firms and HR tech platforms develop go-to-market sales strategies, for both pre and post-revenue stage organizations (US and Europe). Prior to entering consulting, Culver held leadership roles with Scout Exchange, Randstad NA, and ManpowerGroup NA, where he created and led national and global MSP Channels. Ray is involved with multiple non-profit organizations throughout Southern California and serves as a strategic advisor with several startups globally.

Ben is an experienced technology executive that has launched multiple products, built alliance & channel operations, and managed sales organizations across the globe. He spent 16 years at CareerBuilder, developing and growing multiple products from inception to launch. Previously, Ben was the Chief Revenue Officer at Hunt Club and holds other board seats at multipole other tech start-ups.

As a former Divisional Vice President for a fortune 500 company, Chris focused on advising senior leadership on all aspects related to talent acquisition strategy as well as recruiting senior executives who could drive a successful transformation.

Laura has over 30 years in the Background Screening and Corporate Due Diligence. Laura has previously had such roles as Vice President of Compliance-CareerBuilder Employment Screening, Vice President of Services-Accurate Background, Inc. & Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President at HR Plus.

Virginia recently joined RGA as an Executive Director of TA  delivering best-in-class recruiting outcomes across the Americas region.  For the last 4.5 years, Virginia led the TA function at Ulta Beauty, a $10B industry leader.  While there she made a wide-ranging measurable impact on everything from time-to-fill & and diversity to upgrading technology & optimizing processes.  Prior to that, she was at HAVI where she implemented a global ATS, and built processes, policies, and dashboards which successfully served the hiring needs of a 10k+ employee base spread across 50 countries.
