As Senior Director, Talent Solutions, I oversee comprehensive talent solutions, providing critical support to both AV+, our consulting division, and Arch, our mid-to-senior & executive search division.

Award-winning and nationally recognized corporate and sales recruiter, I bring over a decade of combined experience in commercial real estate and fashion recruitment (corporate & sales roles).

With a background supporting growth initiatives for leading firms like Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap and Savills North America; I collaborated closely with regional and national leaders to identify top talent to align with business objectives.

In 2021, I achieved her Certified Diversity Recruiter certification and was honored as one of the top 20 recruiters in the US by TopRecruiter. Actively engaged in the industry, I am a member of CREW NETWORK and has served on committees for both the Los Angeles and Orange County chapters.

Beyond my professional achievements, I serve as a board member of her child's elementary school and cherish my role as a wife to Kevin and mama to two active kids, Byron and Birdie.
